Chris walks alongside widowers seeking to rebuild their lives after the death of their wives.  The death of Chris's wife after a four year battle with cancer gives him empathy for widowers experiencing the same grief.  As a widower he encourages other widowers to live lives honoring to the Lord as well as offering practical advice to men.   The father of three young men, Chris understands the challenges of single parenting.

Grace walks alongside widows seeking to rebuild their lives after the death of their husbands. The death of her husband and three of her children has given Grace a love for those who are suffering from loss and grief.  A mom who continued to homeschool after the death of her husband, Grace also encourages homeschooling widows/widowers.

The Lord led Chris and Grace together after several years of being widowed.  They developed a deep love for each other and recognized that they could better serve the Lord together.  They married and continue serving with the ministry of FOYCWW.

"It is our desire to offer encouragement to those
who are grieving the loss of their hopes and dreams
and a future with their spouse . God is true to His
Word.
He promises to bring good from the things that look
hopeless in our eyes. It is our nature to want to learn
in the easiest way possible, but God in His wisdom chose
that each of us would sit in the front row,
learning through
                                           loss and grief."

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those                who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
